Trading Tokens and Pricing

The following indicates the amount of Trading Tokens that will be deducted for the following type of Transaction Service. If an organisation purchases a Golden Ticket then for all their trading tokens transactions the cost will be discounted by 30%, rounded up to the nearest whole token. The purchase of a Golden Ticket includes 1,500,000 trading tokens.

Notes:

¹ Only if the purchasing organisation wants to store the purchase order on the SQUIZZ.com platform would it pay for the Purchase Order Data Import cost. For purchase orders being submitted to a supplying organisation the Purchase Order Data Import cost is not applicable.
² If a purchasing organisation is sending through a purchase order to have it submitted to a supplying organisation as a sales order, by default the supplying orgnaisation pays for the Sales Order Data Import/Creation tokens cost. The supplying organisation can choose request tha the purchasing organisation covers the cost, on a per organisation relationship basis.

To buy more trading tokens for the organisation you first must be connected to the organisation and be designated as an administrator of the organisation. Once you have been given these credentials then follow the steps below to purchase more trading tokens for the organisation:

1. Login to the SQUIZZ.com platform from the Home page or mobile app.
2. Click on the Organisations menu button in the top header bar.
3. Scroll through your connected organisations and find the organisation you wish to buy more trading tokens for.
4. Click on the Buy Trading Tokens link.
5. In the Buy Trading Tokens Dialog in the Trading Tokens Amount set the amount of tokens that organisation wishes to purchase.
6. In the Credit Card Number textboxes enter the number as shown on the credit card.
7. In The Expiry Date textbox set the month and year that card expires.
8. In the Security Code textbox type the number of the security code as shown on the back of the card.
9. In the Name Of Card textbox type in the name that is displayed on the credit card.
10. Review the total cost calculated to buy the trading tokens.
11. Click on the Buy Trading Tokens button.

A payment transaction will be attempted. If successful the trading tokens balance of the organisation will be increased based on the amount of trading tokens purchased.

To view the transactions that have caused the trading tokens balance of the organisation to change, you first must be connected to the organisation and be designated as an administrator of the organisation. Once you have been given these credentials then follow the steps below to view the transactions:

1. Login to the SQUIZZ.com platform from the Home page or mobile app.
2. Click on the Organisations menu button in the top header bar.
3. Scroll through your connected organisations and find the organisation you wish to view transactions for.
4. Click on the Transactions link.

The Organisations SQUIZZ Transactions dialog will list all of the transactions that has caused the trading tokens balance to change. For different transactions you may be able to click on a link to view the record or data that is associated with the transaction.

To view the invoice of a trading tokens payment made for an organisation, you must first be connected to the organisation and be designated as an administrator of the organisation. Once you have this access then follow the steps below to view the an trading tokens payment invoice:

1. Login to the SQUIZZ.com platform from the Home page or mobile app.
2. Click on the Organisations menu button in the side navigation bar (or on small sized screens click on the Menu icon in the top bar).
3. Scroll through your connected organisations and find the organisation you wish to view the payment invoice for.
4. Click on the Transactions button.
5. Within Organisation Squizz Transactions dialog, within the Show drop down select the Trading Tokens Purchase option.
6. For a payment record click on the Trading Tokens Purchase link to open and view the invoice.

The invoice will outline the amount of trading tokens paid, the credit card payment surcharge, as well as allow you to print the invoice.

There is the ability to export the last 10,000 trading token transactions that an organisation has made to a spreadsheet file in the CSV (Comma Separated Value) file format. This allows you to see how an organisation has spent its trading tokens based on activity made within the platform within a compatible spreadsheet application, such Microsoft Excel, or Libre Office's free Calc application.

To export the trading token transactions to a CSV spreadsheet file, you first must be connected to the organisation and be designated as an administrator of the organisation. Once you have been given these credentials then follow the steps below to export the transactions:

1. Login to the SQUIZZ.com platform from the Home page or mobile app.
2. Click on the Organisations menu button in the top header bar.
3. Scroll through your connected organisations and find the organisation you wish to view transactions for.
4. Click on the Transactions link.
5. Optionally within the Organisation Squizz Transactions dialog, click on the Show drop down to choose the kinds of transactions you wish to filter records on.
6. Click on the "Export to CSV File" button.

The browser will open another window allowing a CSV file to be downloaded. This file can then be opened up within a spreadsheet application of your choice to be viewed.

Within the platform for each organisation there is the ability to receive an organisation notification when the trading tokens balance dips under a given amount. When this occurs a Low Trading Tokens notification will be sent to each of the people connected to the organisation who are allowed to receive the notification. To set the "trading tokens low" amount setting you first must be connected to the organisation and be designated as an administrator of the organisation. Once you have been given these credentials then follow the steps below to locate and modify the organisation setting:

1. Login to the SQUIZZ.com platform from the Home page or mobile app.
2. Click on the Organisations menu button in the top header bar.
3. Scroll through your connected organisations and find the organisation you wish to modify setting for.
4. Click on the Profile button.
5. Within the organisation profile click on the Admin button.
6. Click on the Organisation Settings button.
7. Within the Organisation Settings dialog for the Trading Tokens Low Amount textbox type in a positive amount. It is recommended to set an amount that ensures that the person who can purchase more trading tokens for the organisation can do so before the balance reaches 0. This amount can be calculated based on looking at the rate that trading tokens typically deplete by. 
8. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the dialog.

When the organisation's trading tokens amount is under the low amount set, then a notification will be set to the selected people who are allowed to receive the notification.

For each organisation registered on the SQUIZZ.com platform there is the ability to purchase a one off "Golden Ticket". The Golden Ticket enables an organisation to lock in 30% discounts of in-platform trading token transactions for five years from date of purchase. This can allow an organisation hosting data and/or trading on the platform to lock in significant savings when using the platform in the future.

If you wish to purchase a Golden Ticket for your organisation you first must be connected to the organisation and be designated as an administrator of the organisation. Once you have been given these credentials then follow the steps below to purchase a Golden Ticket and have it issued against your organisation:

1. Login to the SQUIZZ.com platform from the Home page or mobile app.
2. Click on the Organisations menu button in the top header bar (for screen devices click on the main menu button first).
3. Scroll through your connected organisations and find the organisation you wish to purchase a Golden Ticket for.
4. Click on the Purchase Golden Ticket.
5. The Purchase Golden Ticket dialog will display containing details of Golden Ticket, as well as the bank account details to electronic funds transfer (EFT) the golden ticket.
6. Within the organisation's banking application, create a bank transfer to the SQUIZZ.com direct deposit bank account. Set the bank account details within the Purchase Golden Ticket dialog. Within the transaction description ensure you put the Sales Order Code displayed in the dialog.
7. Once the money has confirmed to be transferred by the organisation bank, go back into the Purchase Golden Ticket dialog within SQUIZZ.com and click on the "I have Transferred The Money" button.
8. Optionally click on the View Invoice button to see the invoice for the purchase of the organisation's Golden Ticket.

A notification will be sent to the SQUIZZ.com staff advising of the Golden Ticket payment. The staff will verify that the payment has successfully been received. If so they will issue the Golden Ticket to your organisation. An administrators of the organisation following the Organisation notification category will receive an in-platform notification advising that the Golden Ticket has been issued. Within the Organisation menu a golden ticket icon will display showing that the organisation has purchased a Golden Ticket. Any trading tokens transactions made against the organisation will receive a 30% discount for five years from the date of purchase. If the funds were not able to be received within 2 business days a SQUIZZ staff member will contact the person who indicated that the organisation had transferred the money, and determine if or where the funds were transferred to.
